• Both Room 314 and 313 are connected by a balcony, so you only need one key to gain access to both

• In Jackets
• In the Pockets and bags of Scavs & Player Scavs
• On Woods, along the road going to the east there is a shack in the area known as checkpoint, the key spawns inside on a stool

• On Shoreline, inside the East Wing of the Health Resort, on the third floor room 314
